Morning smoothie

To start the day we share a recipe for a healthy smoothie. Because sometimes you have to change the routine, from the classic breakfast of toast and coffee, to enjoy cooking.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup blueberries
• 1 cup of yogurt
• 1 1/2 cups of ice
• 1 1/2 banana
• 1/2 cup pineapple
• 1/2 raspberries
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 1/2 cup whole milk

Triple layer shake:

For the bottom layer mix 1/2 cup banana, 1/2 cup ice, 1/2 cup milk and 1 teaspoon sugar together until mixture is well blended, add raspberries and mix on low speed for 30 seconds . Pour the mixture into a container and set aside.

• For second layer mix 1/2 cup banana, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup ice until smooth, then add pineapple and mix on high for another 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour the second layer into a separate, separate container.

• For the third layer mix 1/2 cup of ice, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of yogurt, half a banana until smooth. Pour the mixture into the third container.

• Store all three containers in the freezer for approximately 10 minutes or until a medium thick melted/stick like consistency forms. Fill first raspberry smoothie mixture about a third of the glass. To add the middle layer of pineapple banana smoothie you need a spoon in a technique commonly used by bartenders. As you are pouring use the spoon to evenly distribute the batter so as not to let it pour directly to ruin the layering effect. Proceed to add the third layer of cranberry mixture in the same way.
