On our website you will find all the products we have available. We manufacture our furniture under limited production, we work with local carpentry shops in Valencia, Spain. Therefore, we do not make custom furniture as this would make the amount much more expensive and we want to maintain our pricing policy.

As you may have already read on our page, our furniture systems do not require assembly or are super easy to assemble! , we still have an option, in case you need it, with ASSEMBLY SERVICE
We accept most credit and debit cards. You can also pay via bank transfer or defer it with the Sequra application
Process to defer payment with SeQura:
Buy in the store by selecting “Pay with Sequra” as the payment method at the end of your purchase. Next, a new window will open and you will only have to choose the number of installments, enter your personal information and pay the first installment. No paperwork! You only need your DNI/NIE and mobile phone. The rest of the payments will be made each month automatically to your card.

Shipping time for products in stock is only 5 business days. For products that we do not have in stock, we always try not to exceed 15 working days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
During sales or special discounts the shipping time will always be 15 days.
Yes, we ship to all of Europe. The delivery in this case is made in the portal in the case that they are flats.
The carrier will contact you to arrange a second delivery date. Remember that there are several delivery attempts, if you are absent in these delivery attempts, the order will be parked at the destination agency waiting to be picked up, that is why we ask you to be attentive to receive the order once you receive the email with confirmation of departure from our warehouse.
Send an email to info@slowdeco.es indicating the order number, the reason for the return and the preferred collection date. To speed up the process, also send us images showing the defect or the product that you had not ordered.

It must be communicated within 24 hours of delivery of the order. In this case see our Return Policy .

How many days do I have to return my order?
We accept returns within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. The order will be returned, discounting shipping costs. The product must be in perfect condition as we sent it.
In the checkout process, under the selected products, you will find a box that says "Gift card or discount code." Write the code and… voilà! You already have the discount applied
DISCOUNTS ALL YEAR
On our website, starting in 2024, we do not offer discounts on specific dates or sales. We will always have competitive prices and offer a discount based on the total amount of the order.
The discount is applied automatically once you add the furniture to the shopping cart.
