On this page we are going to answer some of the most frequently asked questions. This is summarized information. If you have any other questions, you can contact us.

Shipments are made through conventional transportation agencies. These types of companies, as a general rule, do not take the packages to the floor, so delivery is made at the portal and always in the presence of the client. Due to the size and weight of our products, the shipping cost could increase the total cost of the product too much.

Home delivery in Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands ( once it leaves the warehouse, it takes 24-48 hours) Home delivery includes access to the door of the home, in homes with an elevator, homes without an elevator or if the measurements of the elevator are insufficient for use. It will be delivered at street level.

For shipments outside of Spain, create the shopping cart and once you are at checkout, when you enter your zip code, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on the total weight of the order.

What happens if I don't like my order?

We are sure you will love it, but if not, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. When the product has arrived at our facilities, we will refund the full amount of your purchase (less the return or collection costs indicated below). You just have to send us an email to within 14 days of receiving your order and we will tell you the steps to follow.

In order to collect the order, the items must contain the original packaging and protections. And remember that we believe in recycling, so you can use our boxes in the future, don't throw them away, they will surely come in handy during a move ;)

What happens if any of the items are damaged?

It is very important that you check your product carefully when you receive it. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products when you review them, tell our courier company and indicate it on the delivery note.
If, once the product has been delivered, you realize that the product contains some type of damage, immediately contact us at . For this we give you a period of 24 hours, we will respond to your incident just as quickly. This is important because in most cases it is due to misuse in transportation and we will have to deal with them within this period.
Ideally, you would send us some photos of the damage or problems with the product. Our team will evaluate your complaint and tell you how to change the product. We will repair it or send you a new one depending on our stocks.
Remember: In order to pick up the order, the items must contain the original packaging and protections.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

You can cancel the order at any time, as long as we have not already sent it to our courier company, contact us by phone or by email

What are the return costs?

If you want to abandon the purchase of a product because it does not fit or you simply did not like it, within 14 days after delivery, there will be return costs. If you want to return a product because it is damaged or because we made a mistake, we will not charge you anything for the exchange within 24 hours after delivering the order. We will study the problem to see if we can first solve the partial exchange of the damaged parts. If we do not accept the exchange of the damaged parts and you prefer to return it, it will generate return costs.

If you want to return the product within 14 days, it must be in the same delivery conditions, with the original packaging and protections. When we receive the product, our quality colleagues will review it** and depending on the total amount of the order, the amount detailed in the following table will be deducted from the total refund:

How long will it take to receive the refund?

The time to issue the refund will be 72 hours once we have the product in our warehouse, during that time we will review the returned items and the refund will be generated through the same payment method that the purchase was made.
