Delivery types

1. Standard Shipping

Deliveries are made via standard transport agencies . These companies generally do not carry packages up to the apartment, so standard delivery is made to the building entrance or street level , and always in the customer's presence.

Delivery time: 24–72h once the order leaves the warehouse.
Free delivery on orders over €500 in mainland Spain. *Excluding upholstered furniture

2. Home delivery

Home delivery includes bringing the item up to your front door (if there is an elevator). If the elevator is not large enough or the building does not have one, delivery will be made to the street level.

Delivery time: 24–48 hours once the order leaves the warehouse.

4. Complete assembly service

If you prefer, you can hire our full assembly service , which includes:

• Home delivery and assembly in the room of your choice.
• Unpacking and assembly by specialized personnel.
• Optionally, removal of packaging (we recommend keeping it for a few days in case a return is processed).

This service makes receiving your furniture effortless and has an additional cost depending on the order total. You can check the exact price during the checkout process. We only offer this service in mainland Spain.

5. Particularities by product type

Teulat and Marckeric brands: these are delivered fully assembled with unloading at your building's entrance. Please check beforehand that the furniture can be delivered to your home. Slowdeco is not responsible for additional costs due to lack of access.

Sofas: are always delivered with a specialized assembly service to ensure correct handling and no damage.

6. International Shipping

For shipments outside of Spain, add your products to the cart and enter your postal code during the checkout process. The system will automatically calculate the shipping or assembly cost based on the destination and order type.

Returns and cancellations

What if I don't like my order?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of delivery. Simply send us an email to devoluciones@slowdeco.es and we'll guide you through the process.

The product must be:

• In its original packaging and with all protective materials intact.
• Unused and unassembled, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Once received in our warehouse, we will issue your refund within a maximum of 72 hours via the same payment method.

*Personalized products and items from the SLOWPOP collection are not eligible for return.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Carefully inspect your product upon receipt. If you notice any visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery note.

If you discover any damage after delivery, please email us at devoluciones@slowdeco.es within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Our team will assess the issue and advise you on how to proceed with repair or replacement free of charge.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at info@slowdeco.es or by phone at +34 674 280 673.

Return shipping costs

If you return a product due to a change of mind (it doesn't fit or isn't what you expected), the following collection fees will apply based on the total value of the order:

If the product has a defect or error in the shipment, the collection will be free .

Refunds

The refund will be issued within 72 hours of receiving and inspecting the product at our warehouse. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
