At Slowdeco, we want your shopping experience to be simple, secure, and transparent. Below, we explain our terms and conditions of sale, shipping, returns, and 3-year legal guarantee .

Slowdeco is an online store dedicated to selling Nordic and natural style furniture, decoration and interior design , aimed at individuals, businesses and companies looking for harmonious, sustainable and soulful spaces.

3. Content and accuracy of information

At Slowdeco, we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information. If any typographical errors occur in prices or specifications, we will notify the customer to resolve the issue or cancel the purchase at no cost .

The tones, textures or finishes of natural materials (woods, fabrics, fibers) may vary slightly from the web images, without this implying a defect or manufacturing error.

4. Purchase methods

5. Secure payment methods

• Bank card via secure payment gateway (Shopify Payments / Stripe).
• Bank transfer.
• Flexible financing with SeQura : pay at your own pace, up to 12 months, with instant approval.

Slowdeco does not store bank details and complies with European PSD2 regulations.

6. Taxes

All prices include VAT (21%) and apply to purchases within the EU. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Standard Shipping

• Shipments via conventional transport company.
• Cost calculated automatically based on destination and weight.
• Delivery to the building entrance or ground floor .
• If you are not home after two delivery attempts, you can pick up your order at the agency.

7.2 Service with assembly

• Includes delivery to your home, unpacking and assembly by technicians.
• A single appointment is arranged; a second visit will incur an additional cost.
• Note any issues on the delivery note .
• Deliveries without architectural barriers.

7.3 Delivery times

• Shipping: 72 to 15 business days from payment confirmation.
• Shipping: 24–48 h once dispatched.
• Estimated total: 5 to 20 working days depending on product and destination.

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

8. Buyer's rights and returns

8.1 Return due to withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return your order if you change your mind or the product doesn't suit you. The following items must be returned:

• In its original packaging , unused and unassembled.
• With all its accessories and manuals.
• In perfect condition (no stains, odors or damage).

Collection costs will be as indicated in our Returns Policy .

If the product shows signs of use or wear, we will apply a proportional adjustment:

• Up to 35% if it can be refurbished.
• Up to 50% if it cannot be resold.

In the case of custom-made and personalized orders under the Slowdeco brand —including, among others, upholstered products, color customizations, choice of fabrics, finishes or special configurations— the customer will have a maximum period of 48 hours from the confirmation of the order to request any modification or change.

After this 48-hour period, no changes or modifications of any kind will be accepted , and the order will be considered formalized and in process , receiving the same treatment as a personalized order , with the legal conditions that this implies in terms of cancellations, returns and withdrawal.

Customized or made-to-measure products (color, upholstery, special measurements, materials) are not eligible for return , in accordance with Article 103 of Law 3/2014.

8.2 Returns due to damage during transport

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to info@slowdeco.es . We will replace or repair the affected parts free of charge.

8.3 Return due to manufacturing defect

If you detect a defect unrelated to transport, Slowdeco will assess the case and may:

• Replace or repair the affected parts.
• Offer a partial refund if the defect is minor.
• Or arrange a full refund if you do not accept the repair.

8.4 Exclusions

• Customized or made-to-measure products.
• Items from the SLOWPOP collection , due to their promotional nature or with minor defects.

9. 3-year legal guarantee

All Slowdeco products are covered by a legal guarantee of three (3) years from delivery, in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021 , against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity.

The warranty covers:

• Material or manufacturing defects.
• Failures in hardware, structures or joints.

It does not cover:

• Wear and tear from use, improper maintenance or handling.
• Damage from impacts, liquids, or exposure to moisture or heat.
• Customized products.

If you notice a defect, please email us at info@slowdeco.es with photos and your order number. We will offer repair, replacement, a discount, or a refund, as appropriate, at no extra cost.

10. Customer Obligations

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• Be present at the agreed delivery time.
• Check the product upon receipt and note any issues on the delivery note.

Slowdeco will not assume costs arising from failed deliveries or collections due to the absence of the customer.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Sales transactions with Slowdeco are governed by Spanish law . In the event of a dispute, the courts of the buyer's domicile will have jurisdiction.
