When you reach a certain level (€4,000, €8,000, €15,000 or €25,000 total purchase excluding VAT), you automatically move to the next level.
No, the discount for the new level only applies to subsequent orders , never retroactively.
Once you exceed €4,000 , you enter Bronze (23%) .
Even if you go up to €5,000, you maintain that level until you reach the next stage.
