These general contracting conditions apply to all commercial transactions carried out in our virtual store, www.slowdeco.es. For more information about Slowdeco and our Privacy Policy, consult the Legal Notice located at the bottom of each page of this store.

We ask you to carefully read these Purchase Conditions and our Privacy Policy before placing your order. If you do not agree with all the Purchase Conditions and the Privacy Policy, you should not place any order.

Slowdeco is dedicated to the distance sale, preferably online, of decoration items for shops, companies and individuals.

  1. Contents and information provided on the website

Slowdeco reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. Slowdeco makes every effort within its means to offer the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that at any time an error of this type occurs, beyond the control of Slowdeco at all times, it will be immediately corrected. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchase decision based on said error, Slowdeco will inform the customer of said error and both customer and store will have the right to rescind their purchase or sale without this change generating no cost for both parties.

The contents of the Slowdeco website may, at times, show provisional information about some products. In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase without any cost on their part.

  1. Applicable taxes

The prices of the products displayed on the Slowdeco website include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Purchases that are to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union will be subject to VAT.

Purchases that must be delivered in the territories of non-member states of the European Union, or in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will be exempt from VAT. Slowdeco does not market its products in these territories.

  1. Way to pay

Through the payment gateway integrated with our Stripe online store, through the Sequra payment application or through bank transfer.

In certain cases and to prevent possible fraud, Slowdeco reserves the right to request a specific payment method from a customer in the event that the buyer's identity is not reliably proven.

  1. Form, costs and shipping time

7.1 Standard Service

Shipments are made through the transport company Integra2. The application will calculate the shipping cost once you have entered the Address and Contact information at Checkout.

Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases. Slowdeco is not responsible for additional expenses or returns as a result of special taxes at destination, customs or similar.

The rates indicated above include up to 2 delivery attempts. If the customer is "absent" during the two delivery attempts, the order will be parked at the destination agency waiting to be picked up by the customer. The costs caused by subsequent delivery attempts will always be authorized by Slowdeco and in any case assumed by the client.

The costs as a result of returning the order if it is not picked up by the client at the destination agency, will be assumed by the client, deducting in any case from the refund of the amount paid by the client.

The delivery of the Standard service will always be in the patio or entrance portal

7.2 Assembly Service

This transport service includes transportation to the home, unpacking and assembly. The conditions of service are as follows:
-A single arranged delivery, second delivery with additional cost (the first delivery, the company will call and agree on the day you indicate, you must be at the home that day)
-The team will unpack the furniture in your presence, and any anomaly or defect that you observe at the time of delivery must be noted on the delivery note. When the equipment leaves the door, the delivery and assembly guarantee ends.
-Home deliveries are considered without architectural inconveniences, as long as they can be carried out by two operators and by stairs or elevator.

This shipping option has a delivery time of 20 to 30 days

7.3 Delivery Times

The term of expedition It will be from 72 hours to 15 business days once payment is confirmed, and the period may be shortened in the case of decoration items that we have in stock.

The shipments They will be carried out by conventional transport service, within a period of 24/48 hours once the merchandise has left our facilities. Slowdeco will not be responsible for delays in the delivery time caused by the courier service.

The total shipping time will be the sum of the delivery time and the shipping time.

If we are unable to supply a product due to lack or stock breakage, Slowdeco will refund the amount received. We will also accept exchanges for items of equal value to the one initially purchased. In any case we will contact the client and do what is necessary to solve it as soon as possible.

Transport times may be altered by extraordinary incidents in transport and by difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise.

The shipping costs that appear on the website when placing the order are indicative and are calculated based on an average statistical weight of 10 kg. Slowdeco reserves the right to alter shipping costs when the requested weight varies by more/less 10% with respect to the average weight mentioned. In the event of a price variation, Slowdeco will notify the client of the variation by email and the client may choose to cancel their order without any cost being charged.

  1. Buyer's rights and return policy

Slowdeco does not guarantee its customers the availability or delivery time of the products offered on its website except for products in which a certain guarantee is expressly cited. The catalog shown is merely indicative since manufacturers do not communicate stock in advance or guarantee delivery times. This situation prevents Slowdeco from being able to accurately inform its customers about the availability of the products as well as guaranteeing a specific delivery time which, in any case, will depend on the time it takes to manufacture and supply the product.

Slowdeco guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and without any cost as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

The customer will have a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product. The client will inform Slowdeco within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, of his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The return costs will be those indicated at https://slowdeco.es/pages/politica-de-devoluciones

There are various reasons why products can be returned, with the exception of products from the SLOWPOP collection or personalized in color according to the customer's instructions, in these two cases it will not be possible to return the products, in the rest of the cases :

Refund due to withdrawal from purchase of the product.

You can make a return by canceling your purchase (if you don't like the product, you expected something else or you simply want to return it) as long as it is within 14 days after the delivery of the product.
In order for us to accept this return, the product must meet the following conditions:
-It is necessary to return the same thing that has been delivered. Don't forget to include instructions and accessories in the box.
-The packaging must be the original and be in the same condition in which you received it.
-The product must not have been used or assembled. It also cannot show signs of dirt, odors, stains or any other damage or flaws.
If you request a return due to withdrawal and these conditions are met, the collection costs indicated at https://slowdeco.es/pages/politica-de-devoluciones will be deducted from the refund.
In the event that your return due to withdrawal does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to make a partial refund, deducting, in addition to the collection costs, the loss of value derived from use, wear or possible damage:
-If the product subject to withdrawal can be reconditioned for subsequent sale by cleaning, changing or repairing it, a demerit of 35% of the purchase value will be applied and will be deducted from the refund.
-If the product subject to withdrawal cannot be reconditioned for sale, a demerit of 50% of the purchase value will be applied and will be deducted from the refund.
-Personalized or custom-made products according to Law 3/2014, of March 27 (article 103) that modifies the LOCM art. 45 the Consumer's Right of Withdrawal and Return will not be applicable in this case. If you purchase an item that meets your specifications or is clearly personalized (choice of color of materials, size, fabric, leather or upholstery), once manufactured, even if it has not been delivered, you will not be able to withdraw from the purchase contract.

Return for product breakage/damage.

During shipping, products may be damaged and may not arrive in perfect condition. In this case there are two very important factors that must be met:

-You have a period of 24 hours from the delivery of the order to report the incident. After that time, we will not be able to generate this type of refund. Therefore, if the order has been received by a third party, please ask them to verify that the order is in good condition.

-Take photos of both the state of the product and the courier company's boxes and labels. These images will serve as evidence to be able to make different claims.

In this case we will offer you the exchange of the affected parts at no cost.

Return due to product defect/failure.

In the event that once the product is delivered it has a manufacturing problem other than deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, use or improper manipulation (breakage or damage)
The damage to the product will be assessed, offering a partial refund of the product that has the problems or exchange of the affected parts.
In the case of withdrawing from the purchase for this reason and not accepting the exchange of damaged parts or those affected by a manufacturing problem, the collection will have costs indicated at https://slowdeco.es/pages/politica-de-devoluciones . In this case, the return will become a return due to withdrawal from the purchase of the products and will comply with the conditions mentioned above.

The customer may return any item except for personalized or custom-made products and the SLOWPOP collection that has been purchased at Slowdeco as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging.

The products of the SLOWPOP collection are non-refundable as they are promotional items, sample items or with small defects that prevent their total or partial refund.

If a product other than the one requested by the customer is delivered in error by Slowdeco, it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the buyer. The measurements and color of the products on this website are approximate, there may be small variations which do not imply a defect in the product or an error in its manufacturing.

The device from which the products are viewed may show slight variations in tone and color with respect to those received, especially if it is furniture made with natural materials (leather, fabrics, natural wood or grids) or from orders. from different manufacturers, not made at the same time.

  1. Client Obligations

The Slowdeco client undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration or order forms, and to keep them updated at all times.

The client agrees to accept all the provisions and conditions included in these General Contracting Conditions, understanding that they include the best possible service for the type of activity carried out by Slowdeco.

Likewise, you agree to keep your personal access codes to our website confidential and with the utmost diligence.

The customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where the requested order can be delivered within the usual delivery hours of goods (Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. 00 to 19:00). In the event of non-compliance by the client with this obligation, Slowdeco will not have any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the client.

  1. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction

Purchases and sales made with Slowdeco are subject to the legislation of Spain.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable jurisdiction will be that of the Courts or Tribunals of the buyer.
